Chip Tease
This rock 'n' roll themed food truck produces beer-battered original and sweet potato fries with toppings you never dreamed of. Try pulled pork and gravy on chips or the signature Nutella sundae – sugar-coated sweet potato fries, drizzled with Nutella and topped with Chantilly crème.
The Bun Mobile
It feels only right to kick off with Brisbane's first gourmet food truck. The Bun Mobile has been roamin' the mean streets of the city since March 2012. You've always got a choice of four buns – chicken, pork, beef or the special. The regular ones are all just $10.
Bella BBQ
A meat pattie is stuffed with grated cheese, peanut butter, strawberry jam, banana then wrapped in bacon and smoked in the Yoder – that's right, the Elvis (Burger) is in the building. Those chasing American barbeque, Bella is the real deal. Get your mits around pulled pork, beef brisket, and The Mega Burger. All sauces and rubs are house-made and gluten free too.
Vira Lata
Vira Lata serves Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine. Try the classic Pernil (hot pork baguette $11) to transport yourself from the streets of Brisbane to those of São Paulo. Alternatively the halloumi hot dog or pulled wagyu brisket (both $11) are a real treat.
