The Books That Made Shakespeare is an exhibition drawn from the holdings of The University of Iowa Libraries' Special Collections, the John Martin Rare Book Room at the University of Iowa Libraries' Hardin Health Science Library, and from the private collection of Arthur Bonfield. This playlist includes the "video labels" from the exhibition curator.
The exhibition was curated by Adam Hooks, Associate Professor in the University of Iowa Department of English, and made to accompany First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare, a national traveling exhibition on tour from the Folger Shakespeare Library, and produced in association with the American Library Association and the Cincinnati Museum Center.
