2016 is the 50th anniversary of Star Trek. To celebrate, Stan Lee's Comic Con otherwise known as Comikaze commemorated the event with a panel of Star Trek cast members from the Original Series, The Next Generation and Voyager. The panelists included Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols, Denise Crosby and Robert Picardo. In this part of the panel, the host asks the panelist about when they knew they were working on something special. Nichelle Nichols talks how Martin Luther King convinced her to stay on the show.
